"Exceptional Service in the Flower Section! I just had the best experience at H-E-B thanks to the flower department — especially a team member named Alyeus. We were picking up flowers to take to the hospital for someone recovering, and Alyeus went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he notice that the arrangement needed a little fixing up, but he also took the time to carefully replace the wilted flowers with fresh ones. You could tell he genuinely cared, and it made a stressful moment feel a lot lighter"

"I would really like 3.5 stars. This location was clean and organized much like the one I frequent. I was displeased with the ages of the pre-cut green onion, jalapeño and fruit etc. that I purchased on 5/9. I was rushing in the store and didn't check. The next morning I noticed some looked old, and further inspection revealed use by dates were 5/11. Unacceptable! I exchange it at my area H E B for 5/14 items. Check the dates even if you're rushing!"
